Publications

This publication, both in Czech and in English contains articles written by Czech as well as foreign lawyers and discusses the benefits of legal aid services provided for the poor by law offices. There also are analyses of the state guaranteed aid systems in countries like the Netherlands, Scotland, Slovenia, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, and the USA. The Czech Republic is one of the last countries of the EU where this issue is not regulated by law in all its complexity. And so the poor are often denied access to justice.
