Childbirths at home: a decent choice?

In the article of 27th July 2009 "Birthing at home: are we waiting for more corpses?", published in MF Dnes, Ludmila Hamplová, warns expressively against home births.

The author describes women giving birth to their children at home as maniacs, organized in the sect of births at home and calls for criminal penalties for unspecified mistakes. However Mladá Fronta subsequently published her reaction - one in the comments section and the other in letters from readers - it is important to view this article on our legal blog.
